I believe God created each one of us exactly as we were meant to be. This is the truth of our being. But few of us live from this truth-we are whole-warts and all. We are not broken; there is nothing to fix! My heart is to help you (in the words of Author WM. Paul Young) “match the way of your being to the truth of your being.”

I can help you find hope and discover peace amid your current chaos by giving you a “see change.” My style of coaching will teach you how to look at life from a fresh perspective. New lenses, so to speak, enable you to determine what is truly important to you and expose the root of your suffering. Coaching will help you tap into your innate God-given wisdom, empowering you to experience change with little to no effort. It is those “ah ha” moments of clarity that dissolve our resistance to change, thus, disempowering life-sucking habits and thereby enabling transformation.
